Your job is shipping orders. Not chasing FedEx.

You already have orders to pack and customers to help. We review your FedEx shipping records for eligible late-delivery refunds, damage or loss claims, and billing errors, then handle the claims you authorize. You pay 50% of what FedEx pays back, and nothing if it pays nothing.

A late box can be money on the table.

FedEx owes small shippers money in four ways. Each has its own deadline and paperwork, so it's easy to let it expire. A real person at Claimbird goes through your records and files only what FedEx's rules allow.

What FedEx pays, what we need from you, and how long you have
What happenedFedEx paysWe need from youFile within
LateIt missed the guaranteed time. Your shipping charge back, on First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2Day A.M. A late perishable can be a claim for what was inside, on any service. Not when FedEx's record shows weather, an address problem, an unavailable recipient, a customer hold or customs. Nothing extra. 15 days from the invoice datefor the shipping refund. Late-perishable claims: about 60 days from shipping.
DamagedIt arrived crushed or melted. The value of what was inside, up to $100 unless you declared more. A photo or the order receipt, only when we ask. Upload it from your Claimbird login. About 60 days from shipping
LostIt never arrived. The value of what was inside, up to $100 unless you declared more, once FedEx's scans show it had the package. Your drop-off receipt, only if FedEx has no pickup scan. About 120 days from shipping
OverchargedYou were charged wrong. Credits for duplicate charges, wrong surcharges, labels that never shipped and wrong late fees. Nothing extra after setup. 15 days from the invoice date

Denied before?

Some denials can be refiled with the right proof while the claim window is open. Others are final. We'll tell you which, and exactly what proof is missing.

FedEx deadlines as of 2026. FedEx can change them, so we check before filing.

You ship. We do the rest.

Four steps. Yours is the setup, plus a photo when FedEx needs one.

  1. You, once

    Set up, once.

After you sign up, we text you to set up your store. At setup we collect your FedEx login (the email on your FedEx account, your account number, and your FedEx username and password) through a secure method, never by text, email or this website. We handle everything else. Your only job is uploading photos for claims we flag.

  2. When reports are available

    We check your packages.

When we receive your FedEx invoices and reports, we check packages against FedEx's tracking record and promised delivery time, and flag possible late, damage, loss and billing claims. Eligibility depends on FedEx's current rules and exclusions.

  3. Us

    We file and follow up.

Each claim is filed the way FedEx wants it, before the deadline. If FedEx denies one, we read the reason. When proof can fix it, we ask for that proof and refile.

  4. You, again

    You get paid.

FedEx pays you directly. When a claim pays, your Claimbird login shows our 50% of that payment. You pay it by Venmo or Cash App.

What it takes

Based on the same 2026 rules our tracker uses. Weather, address problems, an unavailable recipient, a customer hold and customs delays are excluded. Not a promise: FedEx decides what it pays.

What a year could add up to

    60 a week × 52 weeks = 3,120 packages. 4% of them = 125. 125 × $45 = $5,625.

An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise. It assumes FedEx pays every package that qualifies. In practice some get denied, and you owe nothing on those. Claims without declared value pay at most $100.

Built for small shops that ship.

If you send FedEx boxes every week and don't have time to chase every late or damaged one, we do it for you.

    • Gift and fruit baskets

Overnight and Express boxes, where a late delivery can mean a shipping refund or a perishable claim.

    • Bakeries and food

Treats that arrive crushed, melted or late. A late perishable is filed as a damage claim.

    • Flower shops

Flowers that wilt after a late or rough trip.

    • Online shops

Etsy, Shopify and other sellers with boxes that arrive damaged, go missing or get billed wrong.

We only file what FedEx's rules allow.

    A good fit if you

    • Ship gifts, food or flowers with FedEx
    • Send overnight or express orders most weeks
    • Don't have time to chase claims
    • Run one store or a few

    Good questions.

Our standard fee is 50% of what FedEx pays on the claims, refunds and overcharge credits we handle, unless we agree to a different percentage in writing. FedEx pays you directly, as account credit, a check or direct deposit. When a payment comes in, your Claimbird login shows our fee for it, and you pay by Venmo or Cash App. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract.

Then you owe nothing. We only charge on money FedEx actually pays you. A denied claim, or a package we decide not to file, costs you $0.

No. Late refunds depend on the service, ship date, payer, contract terms, and shipment-specific exclusions. FedEx's current general U.S. domestic list includes First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2Day A.M.; exclusions can apply for weather, address problems, unavailable recipients, customer holds and customs delays. Every claim has a deadline. We check the current rules and FedEx decides what it pays.

Once, at setup: your FedEx login (the email on your FedEx account, your account number, and your FedEx username and password), shared through a secure method we set up with you. Do not send your FedEx password through the website, text, or ordinary email. After that, we handle everything else. The only thing we'll ask for is proof on claims we flag: a photo of a damaged box, an order receipt, or a drop-off receipt for a lost package. We'll ask in your Claimbird login.

So we can do the work for you. With your FedEx login we download your invoices and claim reports, check every package and file the claims and disputes FedEx owes you. We collect it at store setup through a secure method, never on this website. Do not send your FedEx password by text, email, or this form. We use it only for your store's claims, and you can change your FedEx password any time to end our access.

No. Claimbird is an independent service and is not affiliated with FedEx or UPS. We file on your behalf, under FedEx's normal claim and billing-dispute process.

No problem. Your FedEx claims report shows us what's already filed, so nothing gets filed twice. Tell us which ones you'd rather keep doing yourself.

Right now FedEx's money-back guarantee covers First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2Day A.M. (fedex.com, effective Feb 12, 2026). Ground and Home Delivery aren't covered for late refunds, but damage claims and billing errors still apply. FedEx can change these rules, so we check them before filing.

If a label was printed but FedEx never scanned the package, it was never shipped, and we'll tell you so the customer can be taken care of. If FedEx billed you for it anyway, we dispute the charge. If FedEx did scan it and it never arrived, that's a lost package and we file a loss claim.

Not yet. Check "UPS" on the sign-up form to join the waitlist, and we'll text you if and when it's ready.
